worked from word of mouth and as such we do not have a formal resume.

Maintenance is where our expertise has been directed.
Kenwood Construction has been
operating in business since 1999.
In 1999 we fabricated and
installed the all restaurants and bathrooms at Neiman Marcus (Ala Moana
Shopping Center)
In 2000 we completely
renovated 110,000 sq/ft of the Waikiki Duty Free Shoppers store; this
included all aspects including demolition, electrical/mechanical,
drywall, painting, floor finishes, finish millwork etc.
Much of our work has been for
Duty Free Shoppers (DFS) in Hawaii and the Outer Islands.
In recent years we have
branched out to Shopping Malls including Macys and other well known
Brands
We are also responsible for
many of the stores at Honolulu Airport.
In 2005 we completed the Duty
Free Central Store on the Concourse level and much of the Duty Paid
Store. Other works have been completed in Guam and Saipan.
2006 was a very busy year and
part of our work was the recently completed Luxury Watches for Duty Free
Shoppers Galleria in Waikiki (Pictures on this web site)
As General Contractors in
Retail Businesses we are used to working to extremely tight deadlines.
We over promise and over
deliver consistently.
